The cards can be redeemed at any Retravision store around the country. Cards can be partially redeemed or used in conjunction with other payment methods.

Terms & Conditions of Use

  1. The Retravision Gift Card is redeemable for purchases at participating Retravision stores in Australia only.
  2. Gift Card is not redeemable for cash
  3. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Treat the Retravision Gift Card like cash.
  4. No change will be given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases at participating Retravision stores
  5. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value of the card before the expiry date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires
  6. Where the cost of the purchases exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the gift card balance
  7. Gift Card is valid until the expiry date on the card as indicated on the receipt received at the time the card was issued. If an expiry date is not specified, the expiry date will be twelve months after the date Retravision issued the card.
  8.  The Retravision Pty Ltd Gift Card cannot be reloaded. The Retravision Gift Card is partially redeemable. It is up to the customer to use the full value before the expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Any unused balance on expiry of the Retravision Gift Card will not be refunded or credited.
  9. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, the customer will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
  10. The customer is liable for all transactions on the Retravision Gift Card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Retravision or any of Retravision’s employees.
  11. Retravision Pty Ltd reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use will be available on the website, www.Retravision.com.au
